DESCRIPTION:
Watchmaker's rounding-up tool: unsigned, probably Swiss, brass and steel bench tool with one cutter installed, mounted to a wood base for display.
CONDITION:
The tool is dusty and dirty with some surface rust on the steel parts. The hand wheel spindle and cutting tool arbor both spin freely. Runners for holding wheel arbor are absent. Only one cutter is included. The tool is used to form or reform the teeth on fine watch wheels. Sold "as is ".
